Ensure your seasonal hours are up to date on Google to make sure your existing customers and any potential drop-ins don’t miss out on their training over the festive period.
Google has a very helpful feature called ‘Special Hours’ in their business section and it only takes a couple of minutes to update.
Navigate to Info in the menu section and then select the edit icon next to the special hours section.
If the default options are correct, select the ‘Confirm Hours’ link to enter your opening times or to state if you’re closed. If you continue to scroll you’ll see another section where you can add additional days. Once finished, click apply and let the page refresh.
Once the page has loaded, scroll down to check that the day/time amendments have been applied. Occasionally it may say ‘pending review’, but usually after a few minutes this disappears.
