1. Business Details Webwod, a part of Burnt Creative (Ashley Whitehair), is located at St George’s Works, 51 Colegate, Norwich NR3 1DD. Our primary service offerings include website development, logo design, and style guide creation, specifically tailored for Affiliates, Boxes, and Functional Fitness Gyms.

2. Services Offered

  • Gym Website Package: A fully managed, bespoke website service with a £2000.00 sign-up fee and a subsequent monthly fee of £100.00, starting one month post-order. A 12-month minimum term applies. Post this period, if clients opt for an alternate web host, they are responsible for any required licenses.
  • Logo Design: Bespoke logo design service at a one-off fee of £200.00, including initial designs and up to three revisions. Additional work is chargeable at £50.00 per hour.
  • Style Guide: Customised style guides following client questionnaire completion. Three rounds of revisions included; additional changes charged at £50.00 per hour.
  • Email Accounts: Professional email accounts provided by G Suite (Gmail) managed by Webwod with a 12-month minimum term.
  • SEO Boost Service: Advanced SEO services are available at £250.00 per month with a 3-month minimum term.
  • Social Media Retargeting Service: Minimum term of 3 months. The fee of £100 per month month only covers the management fee and the customer is responsible for all ‘Pay Per Click (PPC)’ fees incurred from Meta.

3. Payment Terms All payments are processed through www.webwod.co using Stripe. Prices for various services are outlined above.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy Sign-up fees are non-refundable except if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations require written notice and one month’s notice. Website and SEO Boost packages have a minimum term as specified above. Website file transfers to another provider are charged at £50.00 per hour.

5. User Responsibilities Clients are responsible for the timely provision of necessary information for service execution. Amendment and addition requests are subject to our ‘Fair Usage Policy’, detailed below, and complex requests may incur additional charges.

Fair Usage Policy Our ‘Fair Usage Policy’ is designed to ensure a balanced and fair approach to all website amendment and addition requests. Under this policy, typical requests such as updating sections of text and images are considered fair and acceptable, and will be undertaken without additional charges. However, requests that involve significant development work, such as implementing a complex e-commerce platform, fall outside the scope of regular maintenance and will be subject to additional fees.

We assess each request on an individual basis, considering factors like complexity, resource requirement, and alignment with the original scope of work. This policy ensures that our resources are used efficiently and effectively, allowing us to maintain high standards of service for all our clients.

6. Multi-Location Policy We understand that some gyms operate across more than one location. Our standard Webwod website package includes support for up to two locations under a single account. Any request to add more than two locations will be considered outside the scope of the standard package and will incur an additional fee. Clients wishing to expand beyond two locations should contact Webwod for a tailored quote.

7. Change of Ownership If a gym, whether a full entity or an individual location, is sold or transferred to new ownership, the existing Webwod service agreement does not transfer to the new owner. In such cases, the new owner will be required to purchase a new Webwod package to continue receiving services. Requests for amendments or support from new owners will only be actioned once a new agreement is in place.

8. Data Protection and Privacy We adhere to standard data protection and privacy practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client data.

9. Intellectual Property Clients retain ownership of the website and content. If hosting is transferred away from Webwod, clients are responsible for acquiring necessary licenses for website functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability Webwod’s liability is limited to the scope of website development services provided. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages caused by website functionality issues or client-side errors.

11. Dispute Resolution All disputes should be reported via email. We aim to respond within 7 working days, and our decision is final.

12. Amendments and Notifications Changes to these terms and conditions will be communicated to all active customers via email within 7 working days of any updates
