When I was opening my own CrossFit Affiliate, a website was both a necessity and a black hole of unknown!
I had seen some of WEBWOD’s sites, as well as those created by other providers. And honestly, in my eyes, WEBWOD blew the others out the water with their striking design, intuitive layout and functionality.
When I reached out to WEBWOD about our own site, I was still daunted by my perception of personal workload, time and cost to implement. But I was immediately put at ease and it definitely wasn’t all talk! In the very short time that followed, we had a fully functioning site with all the look, feel and customer experience I could have hoped for… ticking a bunch of boxes I hadn’t even thought of.
Where input was required from myself, I was guided through every step of the process. The level of service before, during and after the site build has been incredible… certainly way above and beyond my greatest expectations. During a time when we were trying to fit-out a premises and grow a customer base, we engaged with so many different service providers and WEBWOD was by far the stand-out.
Their knowledge and understanding of the industry shone through. Since opening my business, our website has helped immensely in driving customers to our front doors, in an age of economic uncertainty where attracting new customers has grown increasingly more difficult.
